This User Agreement regulates usage of the Internet website with the following address: http://www.alvanto.co.uk (hereinafter referred to as the Site), which is property of the Alvanto Group (hereinafter referred to as the Company), by a private or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the User). Upon registration on the Site, the User agrees to the conditions of the following User Agreement and assumes the following rights and liabilities in relation to usage of the Site.

1. Scope of Agreement

2. Right and Liabilities

2.1.1 All information originated on the Site is deemed to be property of the Company. Information placed on the Site is public; the Company bears no responsibility as to providing confidentiality in regard to this information.
2.1.2 No part of the information found on the Site can be duplicated or published without a written permission from the Company, unless stated otherwise on the respective webpage.
2.1.3 The Company bears no responsibility under any circumstances for damage, losses or expenditures connected with the usage of the Site or its unavailability.
2.1.4 In the event of violation of this Agreement by the User, the Company is authorized to delete or block any information placed on the Site by the User without explanation of the reasons or prior notification.

2.2 Obligations

2.2.1 The Company enables the User to place information about available job vacancies and/or resumes, to search for desired information on the basis of specified criteria in keeping with the currently existing rules and limitations.
2.2.2 The User is obliged not to place on the Site any information which is false, discreditable or contradictory to moral norms, active legislation and international agreements.
2.2.3 It is forbidden for the User to place on the Site the executable code on the user side, any cascading style sheets, an html-code; announcements containing requests of advance payments, cash on delivery postal shipments or amounts of cash sent in postal envelopes, as well as job offers in the area of multi-level marketing or Internet jobs.

3. Miscellaneous

3.1 The User Agreement can be modified by the Company without prior notification of the User.
3.2 All job offers placed on the Site remain active for two weeks, and all resumes for four weeks. Upon the expiry of the indicated period, they are removed from the visible display.
3.3 The Company does not guarantee absence of mistakes or computer viruses in its software, servers and computer networks. Accidental deletion of data or damage to the hardware are not in the scope of the Company's liability.
3.4 By making use of the information found on the Site, the User takes into account and accepts the risks connected with possible invalidity of the information placed on the Site, as well as with the fact that some pieces of information may seem threatening, insulting, slanderous, knowingly false, rude or indecent. In such case, the User should immediately discontinue using the Site and inform the Company about the presence of such information.
